5.2          Merespon makna yang terdapat dalam teks tulis fungsional pendek sederhana secara akurat lancar dan berterima untuk berinteraksi dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari.

5.2.1      Mengidentifikasi makna yang terdapat dalam teks fungsional pendek: pengumuman dan iklan.

5.2.2      Mengidentifikasi ciri kebahasaan teks fungsional pendek: pengumuman dan iklan.

D. Tujuan Pembelajaran

    Pada akhir pembelajaran siswa dapat:

1.       Mernemukan informasi tersurat dan tersirat dalam teks berbentuk pengumuman dan iklan.

2.       Menemukan kata tertentu dalam teks berbentuk pengumuman dan iklan.

E. Materi Pembelajaran

    a. Teks fungsional pendek—pengumuman

Pengumuman adalah salah satu jenis teks fungsional yang digunakan untuk menginformasikan  

tentang sesuatu, kegiatan ataupun peristiwa. Secara umum dalam sebuah teks pengumuman memuat tentang informasi apa, kapan, dimana serta siapa yang bisa dihubungi mengenai kagiatan atau peristiwa yang dimaksusd.

       b.Text fungsional pendek – iklan

Teks fungsional pendek berbentuk iklan pada umumnya digunakan untuk mengenalkan,    mempromosikan ataupun menawarkan suatu produk barang maupun jasa. Dalam teks tersebut pada dasarnya memuat beberapa informasi, diantaranya jenis produk, dimana bisa diperoleh, apa saja keunggulannya, berapa harganya dan beberapa informasi spesifik lain yang berhubungan dengan produk tersebut.

G. Langkah-Langkah Pembelajaran

    1.        Kegiatan Pendahuluan:

                a. Tanya jawab mengenai berbagai hal terkait dengan kondisi siswa:                                  5 menit

                                - How are you?                                                                                                                                

                                - Who is absent today?

                b. Guru bertanya dan siswa menjawab berbagai hal terkait dengan pengumuman        10 menit

                    iklan.

                                - How can your school tell about the school activities?

                                - Have you heard or read an announcement?

                                - How can a factory promote its products?

                                - Where can we find an advertisement?

                                - Mention some vovabularies related to announcement and ads

2.  Kegiatan Inti:                                                                                                                                                       

a.        Siswa membaca pengumuman.                                                                                                                       5 menit

b.       Siwsa menjawab pertanyaan dari pengumuman.                                                                    5 menit

c.        Bersama guru, siswa membahas pertanyaan dari pengumuman.                                   10 menit    

d.       Siswa membaca iklan.                                                                                                                                    5 menit          

e.       Siswa menjwawab pertanyaan dariu iklan.                                                                                 5 menit

f.         Bersama guru, siswa membahas pertanyaan dari iklan.                                                                        5 menit

3.       Kegiatan Akhir:                                                                                                                                             

a. Guru menanyakan kesulitan siswa dalam pemahaman.                                                            5 menit

b. Guru bersama siswa membuat kesimpulan dari materi pembelajaran tersebut.                           5 menit

c. Guru member I tugas kepada siswa untuk  mencari contoh pengumuman dan iklan

     berbahasa Inggris dari Koran atau majalah.
